By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

TripSIM provides eSIMs, mobile data plans, and related telecommunication services to international travelers.
The Service allows users to purchase and activate eSIMs for supported destinations, manage data usage, and receive customer support.
Certain features may be subject to additional terms or policies (e.g., refund policy, privacy policy), which are incorporated by reference.
3.1. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) to use the Service.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase.
3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3.4. TripSIM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to:
Engaging in activities that disrupt or interfere with the Service or its networks.
Circumventing data usage policies or using the Service for unauthorized reselling.
Violating any applicable telecommunications or export laws.
Infringing upon the rights or privacy of others.
TripSIM reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service if misuse is detected.
5.1. Purchases — eSIMs and data plans are sold via the TripSIM platform in USD or other supported currencies.
5.2. Activation — eSIMs are typically delivered immediately after purchase via QR code or manual installation. Users are responsible for ensuring device compatibility before purchase.
5.3. Refund Policy — Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:
The eSIM was never delivered (no QR code or activation details).
The eSIM is proven incompatible with your device (as confirmed by TripSIM support), and you have not activated it.
A technical failure occurred that prevented any use of the eSIM, and the issue is verified as TripSIM’s responsibility (e.g. server or provisioning error).
You must submit your request to contact@tripsim.com within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests after this period will be automatically declined.
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, depending on your country of purchase.
TripSIM is not responsible for additional charges by third-party payment processors, app stores, or your bank.
All content, software, design elements, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks displayed on the TripSIM website or app are the property of TripSIM or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission from TripSIM.
TripSIM collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

TripSIM aims to provide continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The quality and coverage of data services depend on third-party telecom networks and may vary by location, device, and network conditions.
TripSIM shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by:
Network operator failures,
Roaming restrictions,
Device incompatibility, or
Force majeure events.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TripSIM, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim, demand, liability, or expense arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
TripSIM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
TripSIM may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service unlawfully.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting contact@tripsim.com. Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to termination.
TripSIM may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with:
For users based in North America or purchasing under TripSim Com, LLC: the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and the courts of New Castle County shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
